THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a growth mindset to lead high-impact initiatives within the FanDuel Casino vertical. You’ll focus on scaling new features, running simultaneous experiments to optimize the user experience, and driving measurable user growth. This is a strategic role where you’ll translate insights into action, rapidly test hypotheses, and double down on what works—while always keeping player experience and responsible play at the forefront.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Evangelize product vision, strategy, objectives, and key results, achieving buy-in from key stakeholders, working across the business to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and secure resources

  • Lead experimentation by designing and running A/B tests, analyzing results, and iterating quickly to capture opportunities.

  • Scale successful features, collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver experiences that can grow sustainably.

  • Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing near-term wins with long-term investments in differentiated experiences.

  • Leverage data to uncover insights, forecast impact, and guide decision-making at every stage of development.

  • Align cross-functional teams, driving clarity and accountability across multiple stakeholders including design, engineering, marketing, and operations.

  • Identify emerging trends in gaming, social products, and entertainment, using them to inform roadmap decisions and maintain FanDuel’s competitive edge.

  • Contribute to the culture of innovation, mentoring peers and advocating for growth best practices across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors.

  • Become fluent in the voice of the customer, advocating for rewarding, relevant, and exciting new experiences for FanDuel Casino’s players.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer tech, gaming, or other growth-driven environments. B2C experience is preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product innovation and optimization.

  • Expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel analysis, and growth levers.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and clear actions.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication, influencing at all levels and fostering collaboration.

  • Passion for creating engaging, scalable, and responsible gaming experiences.

  • Drive high-visibility initiatives that directly impact FanDuel Casino’s growth trajectory.

  • Work in a culture that values experimentation, learning, and player-first innovation.

  • Experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, etc.) is a plus.

The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $154,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
