We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Financial Controller to join the team in our Parsippany office .

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Driving monthly financial reviews and performance discussions.
• Support all partners and leadership within the region for all things Finance related
• Provide guidance, insight and recommendations to leadership.
• Leading forecasting, budgeting and staffing analysis efforts.
• Manage revenue recognition for the region.
• Monitor timeliness of billing, review client receivables and support collection efforts.
• Coordinate with various departments, i.e., HR, Marketing, Finance to accurately reforecast various operating line items
• Maintain various account reconciliations and assist with the process and review of all allocations
• Work with Finance and Accounting team to meet various department deadlines throughout month
• Work with Corporate Finance team and Region Partners with special projects and ad hoc reporting

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• 8+ years in finance/accounting leadership (preferably in professional services).
• Strong Business Acumen, willing to dive into details to support business conclusions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, while able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy: Excel, PowerBI, CRM, SAP and Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

In New Jersey , the salary range for a Regional Financial Controller is $140,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
