PROGRAMMER/ANALYST

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Will be responsible for application development primary case management and adjudication application, ATAS.
• Will be reporting to the Director of IT, will oversee all programming changes to the software for this multi-tier web application and to its associated SQL Server databases, and will be required to work with IT support staff to address all user issues related to programming or database management.
• Will be responsible for coordinating release activities with developers, testers and release management staff, developing and maintaining messaging using variety of protocols and tools to manage system’s multi- agency interfaces and will coordinate all changes, as the application contains shared components.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of object-oriented and system programming and GUI software applications.
• 4+ years of experience in C++, STL, and Data Structures, OOPS, design patterns. Developed own generic algorithms, integrators, DS.
• 3+ Web development using RAD controls, Ajax, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, VC++.NET, Scrum, Cruise Control, Agile software development and Product management tools.
• Experience must include knowledge of OLE programming and multi-media programming (audio and image) is strongly desired.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Good English verbal and writing, communication, analytical, collaboration skills and should be a team player
• Should be familiar with agile software development practices and have excellent task management skills.
• Demonstrate ability to write complex user defined reports
• Experience developing Case Management systems
• Experience in digitizing voice recordings
• Experience using DTS, SSIS and T-SQL in a Microsoft development environment.
• Demonstrate ability to write T-SQL queries to fulfill ad-hoc requests and data integrity checking; demonstrated ability to write T-SQL stored procedures for code re-use.
• Demonstrate experience with DTS/Integration service data transformation and manipulation tools.
