Job Description

The Vice President, Power and Energy is responsible for driving growth and delivering differentiated solutions for customers across the energy sector. This role develops and sustains trusted customer relationships while identifying and executing opportunities aligned with new developments, ongoing operations, diversification initiatives, and energy transition strategies.

The Vice President of Power and Energy leads market strategy and business planning to support growth with existing clients and to evaluate and pursue new customer opportunities. Through a strong account management focus, this role combines market intelligence, customer insight, and operational engagement to deliver value, secure repeat business, and expand Arch Energy’s presence across all Consigli regions.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Lead the development and execution of EPC market expansion strategies across renewable energy, energy storage, and utility markets, primarily east of the Mississippi River.
  • Partner with Arch Energy business development and operations leadership on strategic planning, goal setting, and execution for the power and energy business unit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leaders to align on consistent win strategies, revenue targets, and operational performance metrics.
  • Drive business growth through market intelligence, customer insights, and disciplined account management.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely business analyses, including performance results, variances, forecasts, and trends.
  • Coordinate and lead annual budget development, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and periodic forecast updates with senior leadership.
  • Oversee and support operational delivery to ensure commitments are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, external events, and key customer engagements.
  • Present market strategies, growth plans, and performance results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership across functional areas including legal, operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Participate in business development initiatives such as strategic partnerships, investments, fundraising efforts, mergers and acquisitions, and alliances.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team through coaching, mentorship, and career development.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred); MBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the conventional and renewable power sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience across all phases of power project execution.
  • Strong understanding of power facility operations and energy infrastructure.
  • Established network of key client relationships within the energy market.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex energy or renewable projects.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the energy sector.
  • Ability to travel and represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements.
