About the Position
RN – Progressive Care/Telemetry (Registry)
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ
Duration: 12 months (Registry/Per Diem)
Shift: 7a – 7p | Must be open to float (Med/Surg, 5E, Holding & other units as needed)
Schedule: Up to 3 shifts/week (hours not guaranteed)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments & develop individualized care plans
- Manage telemetry monitoring, interpret strips, initiate chest pain protocols
- Administer high-risk IV cardiac drips & assist with elective cardioversion
- Provide education & discharge planning for patients/families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams & maintain accurate documentation

Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid NJ RN License
- BLS & ACLS (required)
- PCCN (preferred)
- BSN (preferred or enrolled)
- 1–2 years Acute Care experience
- 1–2 years in Cardiac/Telemetry
- Strong dysrhythmia experience
