Assessing clients : Gathering information about clients and evaluating their needs
Recommending services : Determining which services or treatments are appropriate for clients
Connecting clients with resources : Providing referrals and information about support services
Documenting client information : Maintaining client records and entering data into databases
Following up with clients : Monitoring progress and addressing any additional needs
Providing crisis support : Responding to clients in crisis and providing immediate support
Advocating for clients : Ensuring clients have access to the services they need
Building relationships : Developing positive relationships with clients and service providers
