Food Runner
A fast-paced, guest-focused support role serving as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house. Deliver plates and beverages from the kitchen to tables, assist servers with timing and setup, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
- Refill beverages, clear empties, and reset tables between courses.
- Assist servers with running food, delivering utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Communicate guest needs and any order changes to the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods; quick, reliable, and energetic.
- Team player with a positive attitude; prior food-service experience a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
