Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including business development, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years warehouse operations
- Irrigation and Landscaping Knowledge
- Retail Management experience
- Inventory Management
- Sales Order Process
- Experience Managing Cycle Counts
- Ability to manage trucks for their location, the equipment, the employees, pay, schedule
Skills:
- Warehouse Operations Irrigation and Landscaping Knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Ability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
