We are excited to expand our interdisciplinary team by adding Physical Therapy services to our existing Occupational Therapy offerings.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a per diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to making a lasting impact on children’s lives. You will assess and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and physical challenges—helping them grow in independence, confidence, and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each child’s strengths and areas of need

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals

• Deliver evidence-based interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, motor coordination, and self-care abilities

• Track and document progress through detailed session notes and billing records

• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to promote carryover into daily life

• Maintain clinical excellence in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist : Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy and a valid NJ license

• Physical Therapist : Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid NJ license

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience in a clinical or educational setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passionate, patient-centered, and collaborative

• Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental delays, rehabilitation principles, and evidence-based practices

• Familiarity with a wide range of diagnoses, including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurodevelopmental conditions

• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and reaching

• Must pass a background check
