We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and enhancing mission-critical applications built with .NET, C#, Angular, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Team to resolve issues, implement improvements, and ensure seamless application performance with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

• Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise applications built on .NET, C#, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time across front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate directly with Business Teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutions.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Develop scripts, patches, and minor enhancements to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure high availability of supported systems.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability and ownership.

What You Bring

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in production support or software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • C#
  • Angular
  • PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL performance tuning, and error handling best practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and incident management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
