About Madison HondaMadison Honda is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment where your skills will help our dealership succeed.Job DetailsSalary: $18 to $20 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Stewartsville, NJ 08865Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requestsResolve account-related issues and discrepanciesBalance statements and finalize accounting dataProcess accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checksMatch checks to invoices after each check run cycleEnter, post, and reconcile batches while researching and resolving payables issues with vendorsPrepare accounts for payments and verify data accuracy in the systemPerform filing duties and assist as cashierProvide back-up receptionist support during breaks if neededBreak down and cost deals accuratelyHandle daily deposits and posting of accounts payable and receivablesBill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactionsWork HoursThis is a full-time position requiring consistent availability during business hours.Equal Opportunity EmployerMadison Honda is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.

Job Requirement:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience working at an automotive dealership is requiredAbility to balance large volume accounts accuratelyStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environmentCapable of working both independently and collaboratively within a teamProfessional appearance and strong communication skills, both written and verbalAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records, and valid driver’s license verification
