Position: Front Desk/Receptionist

Location: South Amboy

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the welcoming face of our practice: Greet and assist patients with a smile.

- Manage the front desk: Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with precision.

- Administrative wizardry: From data entry to document management, your organizational skills keep our office running smoothly.

- Financial finesse: Handle collections and patient information with confidentiality and care.

- Communication central: Manage office emails, texts, and faxes with professionalism and efficiency.

What We Offer:

- A competitive salary of $20 per hour.

- A full-time role (around 35 hours/week) with potential for more hours.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

- 2+ years' experience as a fantastic person (Preferred).

- Someone who can pick up things quickly and learn from reading and quick conversations (Preferred).

- Ability to commute to South Amboy. This is IN-OFFICE work only. No remote hours are available.
