Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Adult Critical Care Unit on a part-time evening schedule. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

• Part-Time : 20 hours per week
• Shift: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
• Every other weekend is required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Adult Critical Care Unit, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to support individualized patient care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse License (must be maintained in good standing).
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (required within 60 days of hire).
• BSN degree in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• At least 6 months of prior nursing experience OR current enrollment in a nurse residency program.
