Operations Coordinator
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
What you’ll do:
- Coordination of all inbound goods with all departments including Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation.
- Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documentation and purchase orders.
- Responsible for the compliance of the inbound schedule and freight shipments with warehouse operations.
- Coordinate all company fleet pickups with Logistics and Transportation teams.
- Responsible for monitoring daily receiving process.
- Responsible for reporting all changes to the delivery schedule.
- Ensure freight is clear from the receiving dock systematically and physically.
- Verification of all BOLs for receipt of goods.
- Verification of all PO confirmations.
- Monitor all Recall and FDA holds.
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 months of related experience.
