Human Resources Manager Compensation:

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Able to resolve employee relations issues of all types and oversee all HR investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and objectivity
- Lead HRIS system maintenance, creation of offer letters, new hire onboarding, and payroll department
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
- Educate and assist employees with benefits
- Assist with all HR admin duties as requested
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in an HR role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field)
- Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems a plus
- Must be bilingual
