Accounting Assistant

This role is a new position to assist our accounting department in its workload.
We are a friendly office with top notch customer service and support and are looking for someone with a great work ethic.
This is a full-time in office position with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the accounting function for the firm
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Process orders as the sales team requires
- Answer customer questions regarding billing and support
- Provide analytical support to the entire organization this includes budgets and system insight to costs and expenses
- Work fluently in Quickbooks and learn about our internal systems which revolve around Connectwise.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Plus years prior accounting and or bookkeeping experience specifically working with Quickbooks.
- Strong organizational skills
- AP/AR experience preferred
- Order processing and customer service experience
- High School Graduate
