Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, or commercial business partnering
• Experience in multinational and multi-entity environments preferred
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, pricing governance, and financial analysis
• Experience supporting B2B or distributor-based commercial models strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitability and performance improvement
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and challenge senior commercial stakeholders constructively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Vacancy description

In this role you will be responsible for providing commercial financial leadership and oversight across the Latpac region.

Commercial Financial Management

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the region
• Perform profitability analysis across markets, customers, and product portfolios
• Support annual planning, outlook processes, and long-term financial strategy
• Deliver timely and reliable financial insights for decision making

Strategic Business Partnership

• Act as financial co-pilot to regional Sales Leaders and the Management Team
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes
• Evaluate marketing initiatives and ensure strong ROI tracking

Pricing & Commercial Governance

• Manage pricing governance processes and approve commercial deals
• Evaluate long-term commercial agreements and contract models
• Ensure pricing strategy aligns with cost structures and profitability targets
• Support margin protection and cost control initiatives

Risk Management & Compliance

• Maintain strong financial controls and risk management frameworks
• Monitor receivables and manage overdue exposure across distributor networks
• Ensure compliance across multiple legal entities and profit centers
• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks

Distributor & Market Oversight

• Support distributor relationships through financial insight and oversight
• Monitor commercial performance across 30+ markets
• Provide financial visibility across complex sourcing flows from global production sites

Systems & Process Improvement

• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and commercial processes
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Support operational excellence and transformation initiatives
