We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our dynamic team in Freehold, NJ. This role is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in diagnosing and managing autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders. You will play a pivotal role in improving patient quality of life through high-level clinical care, innovative treatment plans, and a dedicated, patient-centered approach. Job Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.
- Treatment Planning: Prescribe and monitor comprehensive treatment plans, including medications, injections, and tailored lifestyle interventions.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with primary care physicians and other medical specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease management, prevention strategies, and long-term health goals.
- Innovation: Actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to stay at the forefront of the field.
- Education: MD or DO degree.
- Board Certification: Board Certified in Rheumatology .
- Licensure: An active New Jersey medical license (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
- Clinical Skills: Strong ability to manage complex cases with excellent clinical judgment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and patient engagement skills.
- Preferred: Prior experience in an outpatient multidisciplinary care setting.
