Job Title: SAP HANA CONSULTANT
Job Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey - 08807
Onsite/Hybrid: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HANA professional with over 7 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data modeling, performance tuning, and integration with enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and scalability of SAP HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP HANA data models (Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views).
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, and CDS views for complex business logic.
• Manage data provisioning using SLT, SDI, SDA, and ETL tools.
• Ensure performance optimization of HANA queries and models.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP HANA solutions .
• Integrate SAP HANA with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications .
• Implement data security, governance, and compliance standards .
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in SAP HANA projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA development and administration .
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP HANA modeling and SQL scripting
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Data provisioning tools (SLT, SDI, SDA)
  • Integration with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP HANA XS, XS Advanced, and SAP Cloud Platform .
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux OS, system monitoring, and troubleshooting .

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP HANA or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with cloud-hosted SAP HANA (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
• Exposure to machine learning integration with SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for SAP environments.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
