CHECKER BDCI
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Expense control and implementing safety initiatives.
- Train others to assist in warehouse functions.
- Manage product loading and housekeeping.
- Recommend discipline to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager/Director regarding employee work rule violations.
- Tracks daily picking standards for warehouse associate productivity.
- Checks in drivers ending inventory through driver's hand held.
- Checks bulk picking orders for accuracy.
- Pulls bulk orders for warehouse pickers as needed.
- Covers delivery supervisors' responsibilities on Monday.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse Supervisory experience; OR 5 years Warehouse Supervisory experience.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Related training or certification.
- Experience working in a team environment.
