Director of Plant Operations

- Oversee the Plant Operations team including Plant Operations Manager, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Oversee strategic plans and objectives for the Plant Operations department in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the efforts to build Plant Operations customer base. Seeking out Service and Parts opportunities.
- Create quotes and T&Cs for new and existing customers.
- Ensure pricing escalation to maximize margin.
- Ensure the department has the correct balance of personnel, full-time and part-time, to respond to customers’ needs.
- Recruit, draft offer letters, and transfer to onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of Plant Operations activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the performance and progress of Plant Operations activities.
- NJ Gold or Red Seal Stationary Engineer License
