Machine Operator

Staff Management Group is seeking a Machine Operator for our client in Jamesburg, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Pay Rate:

• $18.50 - $21.50 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support the Receiving and Logistics Department by operating Bendi and Drexel equipment. This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, and organizing materials within the warehouse while ensuring efficient workflow and accurate handling of inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in operating specialized warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Bendi and Drexel machines to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Support receiving and logistics operations by transporting and organizing inventory
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Place products in designated storage locations and staging areas
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory flow within the facility
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
