Job Summary
Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to support pediatric participants through high-quality, individualized therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, company policies, and therapy department procedures.
- Evaluate pediatric participants to gather data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
- Conduct regular and timely screenings to determine the need for therapy intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
- Perform specialized evaluations as clinically indicated.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and recommendations to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with CMS requirements using the NetHealth EMR system
- Adhere to productivity standards, documentation guidelines, and billing procedures.
- Maintain current licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Education & Requirements
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience required.
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
