Responsibilities:

• Treat patients in the home.
• Work hand-in-hand with remote supervising PTs.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and balance training.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Complete EMR documentation.

Requirements:

• Active PTA license in NJ.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
