Project Manager
Our client, a consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a variety of client projects in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. This role involves frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
The Project Manager will also be expected to implement project management best practices and develop comprehensive project plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are essential for success in this role. The candidate should be prepared to lead project teams and mentor junior staff, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation
- Lead project meetings and presentations for clients
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- PMP certification is preferred but not required
