A Newark-based legal office is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support real estate transactions. This is an on-site, full-time role focused on document intake, scheduling, and client coordination.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage high-volume email communications
Intake, organize, and track time-sensitive real estate documents
Coordinate scheduling for closings and client meetings
Maintain accurate internal records
Communicate professionally with clients and outside vendors
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal, real estate, or title work
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of New Jersey real estate practices preferred
