Managing a growing global IT and Cyber Security company requires many skills to tackle unique challenges. Our days are not “typical”. Every day is an opportunity to learn and excel.
The Office Manager is the hub that connects our Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Customers, Vendors, and Partners, here in the US, and globally.
Not all IT and Cyber Security companies are created equal!
We started the company almost 30 years ago, but it still feels like a “Start Up” aspiring to be bigger and better. Our customers range from Small Businesses to Large Enterprises, in both the Private and Public sectors.
We hold ISO 9001, and 27001 certifications and a GSA contract with the Federal Government.

Not all Office Managers can do just about everything. We are looking for the ones that can!
- Business Management: Manage Partner Agreements, Contracts, Insurance Policies, Business Reporting.
- Bookkeeping: Manage Receivables, Payables, Commissions, Reconciliations, Tax Filings
- Customer Support: Coordinate customer site visits and requests.
- Human Resources: Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. Manage PTO schedules, personnel files, benefits programs, and employee-related concerns. Maintain Employee Handbook. Plan and manage company employee events.
- Sales and Marketing: Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales and Marketing team for conferences, trade shows, and campaigns.
- Administrative: Support senior management, make travel arrangements, handle inbound calls, manage shipping and receiving (light), identify and implement enhancements to operational procedures.
- GSA: Manage Bavelle’s federal government contract.
To do just about everything, you will need…
- 3+ years of Office Management experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or IT
- References
- Successful background check
It’s also nice to have…
- Prior work in IT or Cyber Security environments
- GSA Contract Administration
- ISO and CMMC certification
- Payroll processing
- Fluency in Spanish or Hebrew
