Warehouse Stock Accuracy Coordinator

Aramsco delivers restoration, cleaning, and industrial supplies across the country. This role keeps inventory records tight and warehouse operations efficient so orders ship right and on time.
Role focus
- Protect inventory accuracy through disciplined counts and audits.
- Maintain warehouse cadence—from receiving to order staging—without compromising quality or safety.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF tools to document actions and resolve issues.
Core responsibilities
Inventory control
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to sustain high accuracy.
- Research, document, and resolve discrepancies within the WMS.
- Track stock levels and escalate shortages, damages, mis-picks, or variances.
- Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and location control.
- Assist with physical inventories and promote best practices in inventory management.
Warehouse operations
- Receive, inspect, and put away inbound goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage outbound customer orders to meet service level commitments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and RF scanners (as certified).
- Support replenishment, slotting, and optimization of product flow.
Safety, quality, compliance
- Adhere to Aramsco safety policies, OSHA regulations, and DC procedures.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming products.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S or similar methods.
- Participate in continuous improvement aimed at accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
When and how you’ll work
- First Shift: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
