Parsippany, NJ

We Are Teva

We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director/Head, Global Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end clinical supply operations across a diverse and scaling portfolio (Phases 1–4). Additionally, the role will oversee sourcing, secondary packaging operations, and integration with Finance/ERP systems for procurement and financial governance. The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply of innovative medicines, complex generics, and biosimilars across global trials. The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership, strong technical and digital acumen, and a proven track record of building, modernizing, and leading high-performing clinical supply organizations in small to mid-scale pharmaceutical environments.

This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ or West Chester, PA in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.
