Job Description:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be working alongside and learning from the best sales representatives in the roofing industry, You will be trained on our superior product and process, how to identify storm damage, effective door to door sales communication and techniques, and how to educate the prospective homeowner. This is a full time, W-2 position.

Responsibilities:

• Market MLMs products and services and generate interest in our custom home solutions
• This is a door to door role that will be performed outside, in most elements

Qualifications:

• Standard hours M-F 10-6, Every other Saturday 9-2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to self-motivate, while working alongside a team
• No prior sales or home improvement knowledge is needed!! All you need is the desire to learn and we’ll provide you with the training and skills needed to be successful!

Compensation, Benefits and Company Culture:

• Base annual salary of $34,000 with uncapped commissions
