Grounds Person
We are looking to hire a Grounds Person.
Responsibilities:- Keep exteriors clean.
- Aerator and seeding.
- Bush and tree trimming.
- Powerwashing.
- Move materials into apartments.
- Removes trash and bring to dumpsters.
- Clean apartments.
THE FOLLOWING IS PREFERRED, NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED:
- Light electric, light plumbing.
- Assist other team members.
- Sweep and vaccum hvac units.
- Filter Changing.
- Sheetrock, spackle and paint units.
Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must be a team player.
