$120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Full Medical (paid for) + Benefits

A well-established specialist subcontractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end interior construction projects across the Tri-State area.

This firm delivers complex carpentry and drywall packages on projects spanning commercial offices, retail, healthcare, and institutional sectors , working with some of the region's leading general contractors.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously

• Coordinating with GCs, architects, consultants, and field teams

• Overseeing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance

• Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

• Handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• Driving projects through to successful closeout

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in construction project management

• Strong background in carpentry, drywall, or interior trades

• Experience working for a specialty subcontractor preferred

• Proven track record delivering commercial interior projects

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing

• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
