- Home Based could live in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Newark, Bangor, Portland, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Baltimore etc.

This organisation is a leading manufacturer for applications throughout numerous hygienic industrial sectors, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, cosmetics and food and beverage. With an engineering heritage spanning over 50 years, the group has a turnover of multi-millions globally. The organisation is focused on the manufacture and supply of specialty fluid control products for critical applications and are now looking to strengthen their sales team with the addition of a first-class Regional Sales Manager. You will take a lead role in this companies North America team by supporting the VP of Sales to win business throughout project driven customers. Working with and managing Channel partners and OEM customers across the Northeast, you will take responsibility for solution selling into Hygienic process industries. We are looking for a sophisticated sales professional who can spearhead growth and continue to develop customers.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation.
- Managing and developing your Channel partners working closely with OEM’s and Engineering Houses you will be involved in major new client acquisition in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, life science, cosmetics, personal care, and food and Beveridge markets
- Delivering focused sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive aggressive revenue growth in the above process industries.
- Writing business proposals, customer forecasts and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Researching business opportunities and viable additional income streams.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- A home-based role that requires regular customer visits on a regional basis.
What You Will Have:
- Ideally with experience of selling technical products through distribution/channel partners to industrial end users and OEMs.
- Knowledge of process industries and mechanical flow related components
- A strong strategic thinker with exceptional business development and account management skills.
- Outstanding at getting in front of corporate customers, gaining buy in, and then selling across all relevant departments.
- Able to develop new business opportunities, coupled with an eye for upselling/cross selling.
- Proven track record of Managing Channel/ distribution partners
- You will be an excellent communicator and be able to connect and sell to a wide variety of functional decision makers.
- A proven track record of business-to-business sales, experience of medium to long cycle selling would be advantageous.
