Were looking for aMaintenance Supervisorto lead our maintenance crew to a busyfood production facility. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for keeping operations efficient and compliant. ???What Youll Do Lead and support a team of maintenance mechanics during your shift.Troubleshoot and repairfood processing equipment,conveyor systems, and facility infrastructure.Ensure compliance withSQF standards,GMP regulations, andOSHA safety protocols.Keep accurate maintenance logs, downtime reports, and shift communications.Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.Perform hands-on mechanical and minor electrical repairs.Monitor freezer temperatures and silo levels to support production needs.Communicate breakdowns and delays to plant leadership. ??What Were Looking For High school diploma or GEDminimum.
