VP of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Empowered Staffing is partnered with the parent organization of two established luxury interior design firms. The company is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing Brand Strategy to lead the development of its overall marketing vision, brand strategy, and market positioning across both brands.

The Vice President of Marketing Brand Strategy will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing initiatives across the company's portfolio of luxury brands. This individual will be responsible for elevating brand awareness, improving market positioning, and developing long-term growth strategies while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution. Serving as the guardian of the organization's two distinct brands, the VP will ensure every client and market interaction, from digital platforms and social media to events, partnerships, and the overall customer experience, reflects the sophistication, craftsmanship, and white-glove service that define the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy for the company and its portfolio of luxury brands.
  • Establish and refine each brand's positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Define target audiences and client segmentation strategies across luxury markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards and storytelling across all channels.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing strategies that support growth and brand awareness.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and manage agency relationships, consultants, and external partners.
  • Recommend strategic investments across marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Align marketing efforts with broader business development objectives.
  • Oversee website strategy, redesign initiatives, content development, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead social media strategy and provide direction to internal and external creative resources.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen digital visibility while maintaining a premium brand image.
  • Ensure all digital platforms reflect the sophistication and quality of the organization's brands.
  • Represent the organization at luxury design, architectural, and lifestyle events.
  • Develop public relations initiatives that increase visibility and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Identify speaking opportunities and strategic collaborations that elevate the brands.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing and brand leadership experience.
  • Proven success building, launching, repositioning, or elevating premium or luxury brands.
  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or complex brand architectures.
  • Strong understanding of affluent consumer behavior and luxury purchasing dynamics.
  • Experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, public relations, partnerships, and events.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
