Are you looking for a flexible leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We’re seeking a Part-Time Account Manager to support daily operations and client success at our Somerset, NJ location.

In this part-time, salaried role, you'll work closely with a collaborative team to manage staffing, operations, and client communication. This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative and team management duties. Occasional extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate day-to-day onsite operations to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
• Work closely with a team to manage the client relationship and operational goals
• Collaborate with support branches to coordinate staffing and resolve on-site issues
• Perform administrative duties, including:
• Maintaining employee timekeeping records
• Generating payroll reports
• Monitoring attendance and issuing warnings as needed
• Tracking and reporting workplace accidents/incidents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in account/client management
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Fluency in Spanish required to support a diverse workforce
• Basic familiarity with HR/payroll processes is a plus
