We are a leading staffing agency looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on matching qualified candidates to specific job openings across various industries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Managers fully understand staffing needs and specific job qualifications.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies, including posting on job boards and leveraging social media, to attract a wide pool of candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to create shortlists of suitable individuals for clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact between Sales/Client Managers and candidates, managing communications and coordinating interview schedules.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed information about the role and company culture.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of candidates fostering strong relationships.
• Keep detailed records of all applicants, including their resumes and interview evaluations, in an applicant tracking system.
• Assist with administrative duties related to hiring, such as gathering right-to-work documentation, conducting background checks...
• For Temporary employees, ensure timely timesheet approvals for payroll.
• Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your success is directly tied to your effort and ambition.
• Manage a high volume of job requisitions (typically 15-25 at any given time) across various industries and role levels.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies, including ATS/CRM software and professional sourcing platforms.
