Pathways Neuropsychology Associates Location: Hybrid (1 Day in each office of Freehold/Toms River, NJ | 3 Days Remote)

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 Base + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule: 4 or 5-Day Work Week | Only 2 Days In-Office

Your Role & Impact

As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide high-level individual counseling and clinical consultation.
• Drive Patient Outcomes: Help patients reach functional milestones through personalized Individual Care Plans.
• Collaborate: Engage with a supportive, professional peer group that values clinician well-being as much as patient health.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Valid NJ State License ( LCSW or LPC ) is required.
• Experience: 1+ year of post-graduate experience is preferred.
• Availability: Ability to work some evening hours to meet patient needs.
• Credentials: Already in-network with Medicare/Commercial insurance? Great! If not, we will help you through the process.
• Reliability: Must be 21+ and able to pass comprehensive background checks.
