Job Description

Job Description

Internal Logistics Receiving Associate (Forklift & Drum Handling)

Where: Princeton, NJ, US | Site: On-Site | Shift: 3rd Shift | Band: J

Imagine this

You arrive for 3rd shift and a rush sales order pops up. Before anything moves, you check that OBD validation is complete. Pallets are staged, drums are secured, and trucks are queued. You record each step in SAP, execute PGI transactions without a hitch, and maintain spotless, cGMP-compliant aisles. By sunrise, every order is documented, the dock is clean, and the next team is set up for success.

How you’ll contribute
  • Own accuracy: verify and record data for goods receipt and for sales/sample order prep, truck loading, and unloading using company tools and SAP.
  • Operate forklifts and drum handling equipment safely to move materials efficiently.
  • Champion cleanliness and cGMP compliance to keep the area inspection-ready.
  • Learn fast: train under a Group Leader or designated Internal Logistics team member to master procedures and systems.
  • Protect quality: ensure OBD validation is completed for all sales orders before shipment.
  • Close the loop: process daily SAP PGI transactions per established policy.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience within warehouse/manufacturing/distribution.
  • Hands-on experience handling chemicals.
  • 0–2 years in a logistics-focused role; confident operating warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of G.M.P.’s; H.A.C.C.P. familiarity is advantageous.
  • Comfort with basic computer tasks; exposure to FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
Growth, safety, and rewards
  • We encourage curiosity, learning, and development.
  • Well-being comes first—physically and mentally.
  • Sustainability is not a slogan; it’s embedded in our strategy and purpose.
  • Inclusive, barrier-free teams where every voice is valued.
  • Collaboration with customers and peers to achieve meaningful impact.

Pay & benefits: Salary $22.50. Plus a comprehensive total rewards package including annual incentive pay, retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and more. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
