Aerotek Aviation is looking for an experienced (Black Hawk) Avionics Technician to perform maintenance on Army Sikorsky UH-60 helicopters. This Technician will be responsible for performing a full range of repairs, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies work accomplished.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform the full range of avionics systems maintenance, repair, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies work accomplished.
• Troubleshoot systems and use the Federal Supply System
• Perform removal and installation of all Avionics systems on UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters.
• Read and understand manuals and schematics
• Read and interpret all instruments
• Use special test equipment and tools
• Perform full system checkout

Absolute Must Haves:

• Need at least 4 years of H-60 Avionics experience (Any H-60 model variant, i.e. SH-60)
• Able to obtain Secret Military Clearance
• Must own personal tools (etched & shadowed)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
