This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of key HR processes that directly impact our employees and operations.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations across departments

• Manage employee relations, ensuring concerns are handled with professionalism and confidentiality

• Support the onboarding and offboarding process from start to finish

• Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws, and ensure all internal policies are followed

• Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies

• Assist with benefits administration, policy updates, and recordkeeping

• Provide support on special projects such as system audits, training rollouts, and HRIS clean-up or implementation

Who Are You:

• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry

• Strong understanding of HR functions, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Paylocity, or similar platforms)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HR system implementation or process audits

• Familiarity with New Jersey labor laws

• SHRM-CP or similar certification a plus
