About Us:
JBS Construction is a leading construction company specializing in commercial projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and assist our project management team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Prepare and manage documents, contracts, permits, and invoices.
- Assist with project coordination and reporting.
- Handle office supplies and inventory.
- Support payroll, billing, and accounts.
- Ensure compliance with policies and timelines.
- Manage lease agreements, collect rent, & communicate with tenants.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- Previous administrative experience (construction industry a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Experience with property management & lease administration a must .
