Sr Production Technician

Title: Production Technician
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am-4 pm
Salary: $40K
Type: Direct Hire

• Accurately complete manufacturing and batch records, including lot numbers, expiration dates, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance/troubleshooting on automatic and semi-automatic filling, pouching, and related equipment.
• Use basic lab equipment (e.g., scales) to support manufacturing and filling activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Assist with staff training, warehouse tasks, and preparation of finished kits for gamma sterilization.
• Monitor production schedules, report delays or non-conformities, and keep management informed.
• Experience with skincare manufacturing and programmable logic controls (PLC) a plus.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in medical device or pharma industry
• Good Documentation Practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
