Senior HVAC Service & Installation Technicians
Full-Time | 40+ Hours Weekly
Mid Atlantic is looking for a highly experienced HVAC technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional with 10+ years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot systems efficiently, and install equipment to a high professional standard.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pump systems
• Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements
• 10+ years HVAC field experience
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently
• Personal hand tools required
