Account Executive-Union, NJ

- Minimum 18 months of B2B sales experience focused on new account generation
- Demonstrated success developing new business and generating leads within an assigned territory
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driverâs license
- Subject to criminal background check
- Proactively prospect new business using multiple outreach methods, including phone, email, door-knocking, networking, and social media
- Identify and engage prospective clients to set appointments
- Conduct initial sales calls and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Accurately track activity and opportunities in CRM and reporting tools
- Nurture prospects into long-term clients
- Collaborate with route-based and internal sales partners to ensure customers and prospects receive appropriate support
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
