What you’ll own

• Daily field coordination and subcontractor sequencing
• Safety enforcement and adherence to regulations
• Schedule tracking, milestone verification, and budget awareness
• Stakeholder communication and jobsite meetings
• Routine inspections for quality and progress
• Issue resolution and escalation when needed
• Project documentation: daily logs, photos, and reports

What sets you up for success

• Demonstrated superintendent (or similar) experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes
• Confident leadership with clear, timely communication
• Hands‑on proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in construction management or similar preferred
• OSHA and First Aid certifications are a plus
• Background with data center work is a plus
