Position: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Compensation: $62 to $84 per hour DOE

Position Overview
The Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist will diagnose and treat communication disorders and support children and families through individualized treatment plans. This role involves close collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat speech and communication disorders in pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
• Provide therapy sessions for toddlers, school aged children, and adolescents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals involved in the child’s care
• Provide caregiver education and strategies to support progress outside of sessions

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary professionals

Schedule Requirements
• Weekday afternoon and evening availability required
• Evening sessions may run until approximately 6:30 PM
• Availability for one weekend day session per week preferred
