About the Role:
The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Bartender will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and supporting the overall operations of the establishment. Ultimately, the Bartender contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and beverage preparation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
- Experience working in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and change.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions while lifting and carrying heavy items as needed.

The required skills such as bartending expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for efficiently preparing drinks and managing multiple orders simultaneously.
