Now Hiring: Production Leadman – Precast/Prestressed Concrete

We are currently hiring for a Production Leadman (Group Lead)position with a leading precast concrete manufacturer. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established company in the precast/prestressed concrete industry.

As a Production Leadman, you'll be responsible for leading a small team in the production of concrete components — from setup and pouring to curing and stripping — while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew of 4–6 workers in daily production tasks
• Oversee all phases of precast production: form setup, rebar cage assembly, concrete pouring, curing, and stripping
• Ensure all work complies with shop drawings, production specifications, and safety standards
• Train and support team members on proper procedures and equipment use
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control to address production issues
• Track and report productivity, crew performance, and daily progress

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in precast/prestressed concrete manufacturing
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in a production setting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering/shop drawings
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
