Associate Consultant, Global eCommerce

Podean is seeking an experienced Global eCommerce Associate Consultant to work alongside top professionals and fast-growing brands, tackling complex eCommerce challenges in areas such as global expansion, supply chain optimization, logistics, and new product development. What You'll Do

• Conduct research on global market entry, expansion strategies, and profitability optimization for brands.
• Analyze logistics, supply chain management, and fulfillment processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support brands with product launches by leading market research and competitive analysis efforts.
• Track and report on eCommerce trends, including regulatory developments affecting online businesses.
• Develop data-driven insights and presentations for senior team members and clients.
• Conduct research and assist in due diligence efforts related to technology and value creation.
• Support various aspects of client engagements, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to inform strategic recommendations.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, and client deliverables based on findings.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes and scaling the practice.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience; 2–3 years preferred.
• Experience in traditional consulting or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to develop additional technical skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and interpret technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly through writing, presentations, and discussions.
• A collaborative approach—comfortable working with different teams and brands.
• Problem-solving skills with a mix of data analysis and creative thinking.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude to support projects and contribute to team success.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or other online marketplace platforms is a nice-to-have
